I'm part of two organizations that put members together in small groups. In both, the "matching" process seems to be manual and time-consuming. A tutorial on developing a tool to faciltate matching would be a tremendous help.

Use case: Alumni Groups

• First, members describe themselves of specific criteria via a form (in-person vs zoom, if in-person then location, year of graduation, time zone, preferred meeting days/times)
• Then, the system recommends groups based on specific preferences (must match on in-person vs zoom, if in-person must match on location, must match on preferred meeting days/times allowing for time zone differences, must have a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 members, aim for variety in year of graduation)

End users: Non-technical volunteers
